Another great marketing genius shows his creative mind and sales acumen. When perusing the detergent aisle, trolling for belly lint and extra strength deodorizers, I noticed this wonder. Look closely at the picture. "2x Ultra Tide..more effective...[and clearly] useless." Now why would I want to buy a very effective container of useless material. How would that help? Do you think they are so aware of my children's ability to render their clothes impermeable to the cleansing effects of detergent?
I decided to contact Tide and I'm awaiting their response. It would have been more fun to get a live operator rather than just email but I couldn't find a phone number. Out, Out, Damn Spot!
